"Nancy was very kind and patient. She had answers for each question I asked. I didn’t have my VIN on hand and she waited sweetly while I ran all the way down to the parking lot to get it. She never seems bothered or annoyed. She had me quoted in and insured in under 30 mins and also told me about other products I hadn’t considered before my call. Thank you, Nancy!! Even if my payment went up a bit, I’d still hang around for that excellent quality of customer service!"
